The Chief AI Agent that builds, ships, and operates software.

ChiefAIA is a Chief AI Agent platform: an opinionated 7-step pipeline that takes a product brief and produces shippable software with explicit gates, evidence, and reuse-first architecture.

The 7-step pipeline

What ChiefAIA does

Every brief flows through the same seven steps. Each step has a named owner agent, deterministic gates, and explicit acceptance criteria — so the pipeline is auditable end to end.

  1. Step 1

    Brief intake

Operator hands ChiefAIA a product brief. The interviewer agent fills in the gaps.

  2. Step 2

    Decomposition

The decomposer produces a tree of buckets, stories, and tasks with explicit acceptance criteria.

  3. Step 3

    Architecture

The architect agent reuses the canonical packages first and plans new ones only if no candidate exists.

  4. Step 4

    Implementation

Specialist agents pick up tasks from the dispatch queue and produce code that passes the per-story tests.

  5. Step 5

    Verification

Verifier + critic agents check the work against the acceptance criteria before the evidence gate runs.

  6. Step 6

    Evidence gate

Typecheck, tests, lint, lighthouse, axe, visual baselines, size — all required, all deterministic.

  7. Step 7

    Ship

PR opens, reviewers sign off, the True-Zero merge ships the change to develop.

Built for operators who ship

Reuse-first

Every agent checks the workspace for a reusable package before writing new code. The discipline is enforced by Semgrep + a blocking CI gate (ADR-065).

Evidence gate

Typecheck, tests, lint, lighthouse, axe, visual baselines, and size budgets are all required status checks on every PR.

Operator-confirmed copy

The marketing site and the agent roster ship only what the operator has signed off on — no fabricated metrics, testimonials, or authorship.
